The following discounts apply to individual orders to a single destination for a total amount excluding tax (discounts differ for certain products).

Nellie's will bear all shipping charges to individual orders sent to a single location totaling ￥5,000 or more (before tax, after discount).

For all other orders, a delivery charge of ￥900 + tax will apply to individual orders delivered to a single location.
Delivery will be conducted by Yamato Transport Co, LTD. with a delivery method chosen by Nellie's.

Payments are accepted by either COD (cash on delivery) or credit card.
Non-registered members can make payment only by credit card.

Delivery will be conducted by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. to the registered address.
It usually takes 2 business days to process an order for tems in stock at Nellie's and 5-8 business days for other items in stock in Japan.
(NB: Orders may take longer to process during March and April due to high demands)
However, a delay of about one month is possible for items out of stock in Japan.
If an order will take 1 month to 1.5 months, there will be a special note added to the record of the order in your purchase history.

Items are only accepted as returns when they are defective (damaged or faulty, etc.) or incorrect (items different to those ordered).
